Being healthy and fit simple terms means taking good care of the body.We should remember that a healthy mind resides only in a healthy body. Good health of both mind and body helps one maintain the required energy level to achieve success in life.

Protecting your body from the intake of harmful substances. Doing regular exercise having proper food and sleep are some of the important instances. That defines a healthy life style. Health is dynamic process. It keeps on changing as we change our life style. Our eating habits, our sleeping routine, our thoughts.Walking, running, cycling, playing, swimming, skipping and yoga are some important activities which help us maintain fit healthy life style.

A person who is fit both physically and mentally is strong enough to face the ups and down of life one should also spend time outdoor in the sun inhaling fresh air and taking part in healthy activities. Stay active makes you stay energetic.

There are some out of the several components that effect one’s health. Following are the six key physical components to ensure the fitness and mental well being.

  1. Strength training and muscular development.
  2. Stretching muscles and tendons.
  3. Core stability –both physical and mental.
  4. Nutrition—balanced diet.
  5. Sleep—regular sleep.
  6. Mental rest relaxation—balanced lifestyle.

There are major reasons of health’s.

  1. Daily stress—student fell stress about school work and exam.
  2. Depression—stress about something leads to depression and become a health issue.
  3. Lack of sleep—people tend to work late at night constantly use their phones etc.
  4. Junk food—junk foods has replaced the proper nutritional diet that one should consume.
